School Nursery

St John's Mead Primary School and Nursery Class is a vibrant learning environment run by qualified teachers and experienced, highly trained staff.  Exciting opportunities exist which give you and your child more flexibility in when and how many sessions you choose to have. 

The pre-school nursery makes full use of the wonderful school grounds and school resources including our hall, woodland, pond and garden area and has good links with our reception classes so our children approach school life with confidence. 

Currently sessions run between 8:45am- 11:30am and 12:45pm to 3:30pm with the option of lunch club 11:30-12:45pm so that your child can stay all day. 

If you have any difficulties with child care there are several child minders in the local area and we can put you in touch with the local child minding group.
